We want you to LOVE your I Beni purchase as much as we do!  Please review our policy and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or additional needs.

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.

  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.

  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and in the original condition with the tag attached.

  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

  • FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 

  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.

  • Bodysuits, Swim and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.

  •  Store Credit does not expire.

  • Orders may take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • I Beni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order.
